LOS ANGELES — A report by consumer advocacy group Claim Guide looked at data from FEMA and NOAA about the state of the nation when it comes to being prepared for climate disasters.
They found that both the cost of disasters and frequency of events have risen.
The data also looked at how vulnerable counties across the United States are — and Los Angeles County came in first as the least prepared county in the nation.
