It was quite short compared to other earthquakes that I've experienced; I had time to register that it was an earthquake but not enough time to get under a table.

She was busy moving about an hadn't noticed. She lives 5 housed down the street from me. I googled it and saw that 37 miles away, in Magalia, there was a 4.5 earthquake. I knew it.
