Big Way Hot Pot to open new location at USC Village

The malatang-style restaurant is scheduled to open in February. Big Way Hot Pot, a Chinese street food chain, is set to open a new location at USC Village in February. The location will be located in California, which is the only state in the United States with Big Way locations. The chain currently operates locations in Monterey Park and Rowland Heights. The new location will offer dine-in, takeout and delivery options, making it a convenient option for lunch, dinner, and late-night meals. The restaurant is expected to operate daily from 11 to 2 a.m. Currently, only three locations in the village operate until or past midnight. The pay-by-weight fried-snacks bar will be added.
